By booking a stay at the Kongakava, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

• All rates are in Tongan Paʻanga (TOP) and include applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated.

Extra Charges

• Extra bed (on request): $50 TOP per night.

• Late check-out (subject to availability): $50 TOP.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, with a minimum charge of $50 TOP (final amount depends on the damage).

Guest Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.

• Respect the property, other guests, and staff during your stay.

Liability
The Kongakava is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings or valuables.

• Temporary interruptions in services (water, electricity, internet) beyond our control.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Tonga.
